Fresh Salads

All of our salads are Gluten-Free and made to order with fresh, local ingredients. All dressings are served on the side and are made in-house. 

Serving suggestions are based on salad as an accompaniment, not as a main dish. Please order accordingly. 

Small Salad: Serves 15-18 people

Large Salad: Serves 30-40 people

Choose from:

• Caesar Salad: Fresh romaine lettuce, tri-color tortilla straws, shaved parmesan and lemon wedges. Served with creamy Caesar dressing. 
• Cranberry Pecan Salad: Mixed greens with toasted pecans and almonds, dried cranberries and dark raisins. Served with balsamic vinaigrette.
• Garden Salad: Mixed greens topped with sliced cucumbers, carrots and cherry tomatoes. Served with balsamic vinaigrette. 
• Mexi-Cali Salad: Fresh romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, roasted and sliced chicken and tri-color tortilla straws. Served with chipotle ranch dressing. 
• The GOAT Salad: Fresh baby spinach, roasted red peppers, crumbled goat cheese and toasted almonds. Served with balsamic vinaigrette. 
• Option to add Chicken, Turkey and Ham to any Salad.
